RETURN POLICY

    • Makeup as a Category is Non Returnable

    • RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR A WRONG PRODUCT

    • Our policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange
    • To be eligible for a replacement/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    • Provide us with proper videos and pictures of the product you have received along with the picture of the invoice.

    • In case of payment refund the paid amount will automatically be applied to your bank or card, within 2-5 business days.

    • If you haven’t received a refund in 7-10 business days, first check your Revolution Beauty account again.

 Note: We would need an unboxing video as proof to claim a refund/replacement in case of damage or wrong product sent. Make a video while opening the package.
